Free delivery
We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. Our products are delivered by national couriers between 8.00am and 5.30pm to a UK mainland address of your choice. We ensure that you receive your goods as quickly as possible and at a reasonable cost. For orders over £230.00 excluding vat we will deliver free of charge under our standard delivery terms. For orders under £230.00 excluding vat we have a standard delivery charge of only £10.00+vat. All orders placed online will automatically fall into our standard delivery schedule. Our standard delivery time is between 2 to 5 working days following the day the order was placed. The goods will arrive on any working day in-between this period, between 8.00am and 5.30pm. A responsible person must be available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the goods. Goods will not be left at the delivery address unless signed for. We cannot give an exact day or time of arrival under this delivery schedule. If this is going to present a problem why not specify your work or a business address as the delivery address. Please note; Saturday, Sunday and national bank holidays are not working days.

Special delivery
We offer next day delivery and a specified week day delivery service. For orders to be dispatched under either of these delivery schedules the order must be placed by telephone. Next day delivery can only be achieved if we receive your order before 10.30am. These special delivery schedules are at extra cost and are not covered by our "free delivery on orders over £270.00" offer. You will be informed of the cost of these deliveries when you place your order. The cost of these deliveries is governed by size and weight and range between £20.00+vat (small, light weight items) up to £65.00+vat (large, heavy items which can be accommodated on one pallet). Large orders may require more than one pallet. Special deliveries will arrive between 9.00am and 5.30pm on the specified day.

Standard worktop deliveries
Worktops and worktop accessories are delivered separately from the other products in our online store. They are delivered either 2 working days following day of placement of order or you can specify a specific weekday (not weekend or bank holidays), worktop orders will be delivered between 8.00am and 5.30pm. Orders for worktops can be placed online or by telephone. If ordering online please enter the date you want the worktop to be delivered on, in the "worktop delivery required on " box which you will find whilst moving through the checkout process. To achieve our "2 working day" delivery, orders must be placed online before 3.00pm or by telephone before 4.00pm.

Saturday worktop delivery
A Saturday delivery of worktops can be arranged. Orders for a Saturday delivery must be placed by telephone. This special delivery schedule is at extra cost and is not covered by our "free delivery on orders over £230.00" offer. The cost for a Saturday delivery is £60.00+vat on the first worktop and £10.00+vat on subsequent worktops.

Note:
We use national carriers to deliver our goods and are subject to their business terms. Deliveries are made to the "kerb-side". The driver will require the help of an able bodied person to unload the goods. It is not the driver's responsibility to move goods into your home or under cover and they are not insured to do this. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible by lorry. If there is likely to be a problem with access please inform us by telephone at the time of order. A responsible person will be required to sign for and inspect the goods on arrival. Goods will not be left without a signature. If a delivery is made to an address and no one is available to accept delivery we reserve the right to charge for any incurred additional delivery charges either to the delivery address or back to our warehouse.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
